For legal, privacy, account deletion, and support matters, CCSavvy Studios is the responsible developer and point of contact.
Effective: July 15, 2026. Last updated: July 16, 2026.
TERMS OF USE
These Terms govern your use of Sky Impact, including its optional online services. By enabling online services or using social features, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not enable or use online services; offline gameplay may remain available.
Eligibility
Sky Impact is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 and at least the minimum digital-consent age required where you live to use online or social features. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, do not use those features unless that permission has been validly obtained. CCSavvy Studios does not currently operate a parental-consent system.
Your account and call sign
Online services may create an anonymous Firebase account. You are responsible for activity associated with that account and for keeping access to your device secure. Choose a call sign you have the right to use. Do not impersonate a person or organization or use unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, deceptive, or abusive content.
Fair play and acceptable use
You may not cheat, automate gameplay, falsify scores, exploit defects, reverse engineer the service to interfere with it, manipulate leaderboards, access another user’s account, disrupt Firebase or network services, spam social features, harass others, or evade moderation. Security issues should be reported responsibly to the contact below and must not be exploited.
User content and moderation
Call signs and report descriptions are user-submitted content. You retain any rights you have in that content and grant CCSavvy Studios a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and moderate Sky Impact. CCSavvy Studios may remove content, invalidate scores, cancel challenges, restrict social functionality, suspend access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Reports do not guarantee a particular outcome.
Service changes
Features may be corrected, updated, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect active accounts and explain material changes, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Sky Impact, its original code, artwork, branding, text, audio, and game presentation are owned by CCSavvy Studios or used with permission. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for lawful entertainment. They do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Impact is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. CCSavvy Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Sky Impact or delete your online account at any time. CCSavvy Studios may restrict or terminate online access for material or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, lawful evidence retention, disclaimers, and liability limitations—continue to apply.
Governing rules and changes
Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy laws remain controlling. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance before online services continue.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Keep Sky Impact fair, safe, and respectful.
Call signs
- Use a name you have the right to use.
- Do not use hate speech, discriminatory slurs, sexual content, threats, illegal content, scams, or graphic abuse.
- Do not impersonate another player, moderator, organization, CCSavvy Studios, or the LumaGad Tech creative label.
Player conduct
- Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, or encourage harm.
- Do not send repeated unwanted requests or challenges.
- Do not use reports, friend requests, challenges, or notifications for spam, retaliation, or abuse.
- Do not submit passwords, tokens, payment details, government identifiers, or unnecessary personal information in reports.
Fair play
- Do not automate scoring, alter the client to gain an advantage, fabricate challenge results, exploit defects, or manipulate rankings.
- Report security and scoring defects privately and responsibly.
Reports, blocks, and enforcement
Use report and block controls for genuine safety or policy concerns. A reported player is not shown the reporter’s identity merely because a report was filed. CCSavvy Studios may remove call signs or scores, cancel social activity, restrict features, or suspend accounts. Deliberately false or abusive reports may themselves lead to restrictions. Appeals may be submitted to skyimpact.privacy@gmail.com.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how CCSavvy Studios processes information when you use Sky Impact. CCSavvy Studios is the developer, publisher, and controller responsible for the app’s data practices. Contact: skyimpact.privacy@gmail.com.
Information processed
- Account and profile: anonymous Firebase user ID, call sign, account status, consent versions, highest score, presence, and last-seen time.
- Gameplay: scores, levels, progress, coins, challenge results, score timestamps, and queued synchronization records.
- Social: friend requests, friendships, blocks, challenges, participant IDs, and related notification events.
- Safety: reporter and reported-user IDs, call-sign snapshot, report reason, context, optional description, moderation status and notes, rate-limit records, and moderation audit records.
- Device and service: Firebase installation and messaging tokens, notification routes, basic device/app information, IP and service logs processed by infrastructure providers, crash diagnostics, and security signals such as App Check/Play Integrity.
- Optional analytics: only after opt-in, numeric gameplay events such as level, wave, and score plus analytics-generated device/app identifiers. Call signs, report text, raw Firebase UIDs, and notification tokens are not intentionally included in analytics events.
- Local-only data: preferences, language, sound/haptics choices, cached social information, and offline progress may be stored on your device.
Sky Impact does not include an advertising SDK and does not sell personal information. It does not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, SMS, or payment information.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide offline and online gameplay; authenticate accounts; synchronize progress; operate rankings, friends, challenges, presence, and notifications; enforce unique call signs; prevent fraud and abuse; review reports; honor blocks and deletion requests; diagnose crashes; secure the service; comply with law; and, only with separate opt-in consent, understand aggregate gameplay usage.
Legal bases
Depending on where you live, processing is based on performing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the game, consent for optional analytics and notifications where required, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw optional analytics consent in Settings without losing offline gameplay.
Service providers and international processing
Google and Firebase process data on CCSavvy Studios’ behalf for Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check/Play Integrity, and Google Play Games where enabled. Data may be processed in countries other than yours under the provider’s contractual and legal safeguards. App-store operators also process information under their own policies. Information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users, rights, safety, or service integrity.
Visibility
Your call sign and leaderboard score may be visible to other players. Accepted friends may see profile, presence, last-seen, ranking, and challenge information. Report descriptions and reporter identity are restricted to authorized moderation processes and are not shown to the reported player through the supported app.
Retention
- Profile, call-sign, leaderboard, score, consent, and active social data: while the account is active or until removed or deleted.
- Challenges: normally expire after seven days; deletion by TTL may occur asynchronously.
- Notification delivery events and invalid tokens: up to 30 days or removed sooner when invalid.
- Report rate limits: approximately 25 hours.
- Reports and sensitive report descriptions: up to 365 days, unless a shorter period or lawful preservation is required.
- Moderation audit records: up to 730 days for accountability and abuse prevention.
- Deletion-job metadata: up to 30 days; it is minimized and not intended to retain a call sign or raw account ID.
- Crashlytics data: according to Firebase’s applicable retention schedule.
Automated TTL deletion can be delayed by the infrastructure provider. Account deletion initiates direct deletion and does not rely solely on TTL.
Security
Sky Impact uses access controls, Firebase security rules, authenticated server functions, transport encryption, restricted moderation access, rate limits, data minimization, and platform integrity checks. No internet service is perfectly secure; report suspected security issues to the contact above.
Your choices and rights
You can disable optional analytics, sound, haptics, and notifications; manage blocks; use offline mode; and delete your account. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may complain to your data-protection authority. In the Philippines, this includes rights recognized by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the National Privacy Commission. Requests should be sent to skyimpact.privacy@gmail.com. Identity or account-control verification may be required without asking for passwords or secret tokens.
Children
Sky Impact is not directed to children under 13, and online/social services are not intended for anyone below the applicable minimum digital-consent age without a legally valid parental process. If you believe a child provided information contrary to this policy, contact us so it can be investigated and deleted where appropriate.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, where appropriate, presented in the app for renewed acknowledgment or consent.
ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
In the app: Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps and keep the app open and connected until completion is confirmed.
Without the app: email skyimpact.privacy@gmail.com with the subject “Sky Impact account deletion.” Include your call sign and pilot ID if available, but never send a password, Firebase token, API key, payment information, or government ID. Because accounts are anonymous, CCSavvy Studios may require reasonable proof of control based on existing account evidence and may be unable to delete an account that cannot be reliably identified.
Deletion covers the Firebase Authentication account, cloud profile, call-sign claim, leaderboard and score records, friends, requests, blocks, challenges, presence, notification devices/routes, reports associated with the account where deletion is not legally restricted, consent records, and local app data on the device performing deletion. Minimal deletion-job metadata may remain for up to 30 days. Narrow records may be preserved longer only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, and this will be disclosed where applicable.
